Bliss Dance is a moving meditation done to passionate world music in a supportive circle of community. The village style dances are fairly simple and accessible, and taught anew every time. When the body is engaged in these basic, rhythmic motions, and simultaneously resonating to powerful music, mind, body and spirit become integrated.
